Creating a support ticket

If you encounter any issues with a school connection or other matters, please create a support ticket and our team will be happy to assist.

How to submit a ticket 

Go to the navigation menu in your app portal and select ‘Helpdesk’. This will open a new tab where you can browse helpful articles. To create a support ticket or view existing ones, select ‘Manage tickets’.

To create a new ticket, select the 'Manage ticket' option next to your initials and select 'Submit new ticket’.

Note: To help our support team resolve your issue efficiently, provide as much information as possible in the description, including data examples if applicable. You can also include attachments such as screenshots for added detail.

After submitting a ticket, you'll receive email updates when there’s a response. Alternatively, you can log into the portal to check on progress.
