To help give you visibility over the Wonde connection at schools you can see when data has last updated at a school to help you troubleshoot issues.
You can access this information by selecting a school and then selecting ‘Reports’.
Note: the report section will only be available for approved schools that have passed our audit checks.
To see the report history, select the dropdown button. You can also filter by the report status e.g. succeeded, failed etc.
You can find out more information, such as when a report was run, by selecting a tile.
When a report is queued, you can also see when it is due to begin running.
Note: Some reports take longer than others to process.
Offline school
You can check if a school is offline - this means we haven’t received a heartbeat from their server for over 24 hours. When this happens, our team will reach out to the school directly to investigate. This issue can be caused by a variety of different reasons, such as the server being turned off or an update being applied incorrectly.
Disabled reports
If a school requests a report to be disabled, this will be displayed on the report page to help you troubleshoot why you are not receiving certain data from a school.
Further information
I’m not receiving a user’s data despite reports running Make sure you have recently fetched the school’s data. If this has been done, check whether the school is using an access control method on the school’s overview page - if they are, they may have excluded an individual from being shared with your app. If you have any additional questions, please raise a support ticket.
The reports aren’t running as expected or the school is offline If there is a connection issue, it’s likely we have already contacted the school to try and resolve this. Please raise a support ticket, and we will be able to update you.
