You can track the progress of the connection approval process directly through your portal by selecting the relevant school and viewing the 'Integration notes'.
A connection history will be shown for schools with multiple approvals or revocations. For past approvals, you can select the '>' icon to view a detailed breakdown of which permissions were approved or declined.
Uninstalled schools
Schools that are not yet installed will be marked with a 'Not installed' flag next to their name. A booking link will also be available for you to share with your school contact to assist with the setup process. Please ensure that the contact has administrative access to the school's MIS
