Requesting access to a school
To request access to a new school, navigate to the ‘Schools’ section and select ‘Request school’.
You can search for a school by name, Wonde ID, postcode, or regional identifier. Use the advanced search feature to filter schools by country.
After locating the correct school, you’ll be prompted to enter your school contact’s details. Providing accurate and up-to-date information will help streamline the connection process. We recommend notifying the school that Wonde will be your integration partner and confirming the primary contact for setting up the integration during your sales process. This contact should have administrative access to the school’s Management Information System (MIS).
If the school you would like to request isn't available, please raise a support ticket.
You will then see a confirmation modal to ensure you have selected the correct school. Once you have checked the details, select ‘Request school’. Please note as per your Licence Agreement, it is your responsibility to ensure you are requesting data from the appropriate school.
Once you have requested access to the new school, it will appear on your homepage.

When I request a school, I see an error message ‘Unauthorised to request live schools’. Your account hasn’t been authorised to request access to live schools please contact your account manager or create a support ticket.
When I request a school, I see an error message ‘Request limit reached’.An onboarding plan is the most efficient way to get multiple school connections approved. Contact your account manager directly or am@wonde.com to discuss your options. Please note that the request limit resets every 24 hours.
I can’t find the school I want to request Try searching for the school using a regional identifier (e.g., DfE, URN, ACARA etc) or postcode. If the school still doesn’t appear, we may need to add it to our system. Please submit a support ticket and provide as much information as possible, including the school's website.
