Why choose an onboarding plan
The onboarding process is a structured and simple way to onboard your school estate en masse - whether that is all of your schools at once, or groups of schools over time. There is no minimum or maximum number of schools that can be included in the process. Using our experience of supporting applications with their onboarding, we’re able to guide you through the most efficient ways to make this a smooth and time-effective process for both you and your school customers.
The onboarding plan includes:
- A bespoke email written specifically for your application -you explain the why, Wonde explains the how!
- Communication to both your contacts and the Wonde admin.
- A dedicated team focusing on your school connections - contacting via telephone and further emails if required.
- Additional information about your application provided to minimise connection queries = less work for you!
