To ensure compliance with data protection legislation, select only the data essential for your application's functionality.
To view your current, or update your permission navigate to 'Application settings' in the navigation bar and select the Permissions tile.
You will see all the permissions associated with your account as well as all the data sets we support.
There are three permission levels:
- Required: Data essential for your application’s functionality.
- Optional: Data that enhances user experience but is not essential; schools may decline these permissions.
- Not requested: Data that is not requested from the school via the Wonde connection.
Note: Only users with the roles of Owner, Admin, or Developer can request updates to your permission profile.
To update your permissions, please select the relevant category and update as required. You will then be able to select 'Update permissions.'
You will then see a confirmation modal which includes a summary of the changes. If these are correct, select 'Submit for review'
Your account manager will review the permission update request and contact you directly. You and other users associated with your account can view the pending request until it is reviewed. If you request a further change it will override the current request.
