Setting up multiple profiles allows apps to establish distinct data permission configurations. Users can conveniently manage all their profiles through a single login to simplify connection management.
Dashboard
When you log in, the homepage will display all the schools associated with your default account.
Switching accounts
You can switch the application view at any point using the company switcher in the bottom left-hand corner next to your name.
Schools page
The status column provides an at-a-glance breakdown of the status of all your associated connections for that school. Hovering over the status column includes the names of the applications and their connection status.
The breadcrumbs display the profile you are currently viewing.
Requesting access to a new school
To request access to a new school, select 'Request school' in the schools section.
You can search for a school by name, Wonde ID, postcode, or regional identifier. Use the advanced search feature to filter schools by country. You will have the option to select which applications you would like to request.
After locating the correct school, you’ll be prompted to enter your school contact’s details. Providing accurate and up-to-date information will help streamline the connection process. We recommend notifying the school that Wonde will be your integration partner and confirming the primary contact for setting up the integration during your sales process. This contact should have administrative access to the school’s Management Information System (MIS).
You must then confirm that you have requested access to the correct school. In accordance with your License Agreement, it is your responsibility to ensure you are requesting data from the appropriate school.
Once you have requested access to the school it will appear on your homepage.
Revoke application
If you no longer require the Wonde connection, you should revoke access. To do this, navigate to the relevant school and then select' Revoke access.’
You will need to enter the school's name, select the applications you wish to remove, and provide a reason for the revocation
