Managing team members

You can manage who can access, manage, and maintain your account by selecting 'Application settings' in the navigation bar, followed by the 'Manage team' tile. 

Note: only users with the roles of Owner or Admin can manage the team.

Here you can view all users associated with your account, their roles, and their last login date.

 

 

Deleting a user

To delete an existing user, select ‘…’ and choose ‘Delete User’. A confirmation screen will appear; to proceed, select ‘Confirm’. The user will then no longer have access.

 

 

Updating a user's role

To update a user's role, select '...' and choose 'Update role'. A screen will display asking you to select the new role. For a detailed breakdown of each role's permissions, select ‘See Role Permissions’. After selecting the new role, click 'Update' to save your changes.

Note: To update the owner role, please submit a support ticket.

Invite user

To invite a new user, select the ‘Invite Team Member’ button. You'll be prompted to enter their details and choose the most appropriate role (Admin, Developer, Support, or Agent). For a detailed breakdown of each role's permissions, select ‘See Role Permissions’.

 

 

After selecting 'Submit', an invitation will be sent for them to create their account. You can resend or delete invitations via the 'Invites' tab.

I can’t delete a user's account

If your role is not Account owner or admin then you do not have the ability to delete users. Ask a user with that role to delete the account for you. 

If the user you are trying to delete has the role of Account owner, you will need to raise a support ticket

The invite isn’t being received by the user

Below are the most common reasons an invite isn’t received

  • The email address has been entered incorrectly
  • The invite email has been sent to the recipient's junk folder
  • The invite email has been filtered out by your company's filtering service

If you have checked the above and are still experiencing issues, please raise a support ticket

 

I see the error message ‘the email address has already been taken’ when trying to invite a user

The user already has a Wonde account, if you believe this is an error, please ask them to email support@wonde.com
